Well both of these are true when it comes time to disperse the lifetime collection of stuff that most of us have accumulated. I have been conducting auctions for 28 years. While everyone still needs to get rid of stuff, the methods available for doing this have changed. Sometimes a person just doesn’t have enough to have their own auction, sometimes the townhome association won’t let you have an auction. Sometimes you just need some help moving, but don’t have relatives near.
