Some of you may remember Granny’s Antiques in Mazeppa.  They were the shop with all the pressed back chairs hung from the ceilings.  When Gordy and Granny closed their shop in Mazeppa they put all their chairs in storage.  They have decided to downsize and will be selling all ONE THOUSAND pressed back chairs at public auction at the Olmsted County Fairgrounds in Rochester on Saturday, October 13 at 10:00AM.  In addition to the 1,000 chairs, there will be tables, cupboards, commodes and other furniture.  You will probably never see this many pressed back chairs in one place again in your lifetime, so be sure to come out to the fairgrounds.
