On Sunday, October 31 at 1:00 PM we will be conducting an auction for Larry Peroutka at his home in Waterford (32075 Colorado Ave). Larry is moving to Florida and will be selling a large number of antiques that he has collected. Please look at the gallery and see some of these wonderful antiques

On Saturday we will be traveling to Kasson, MN to conduct an auction for Maggie Lien. Maggie will be selling her house as well as many items of antiques and personal property. This auction will start at 11:00 AM at 609 N Mantorville Ave in Kasson On Friday evening we will be conducting a Fine Art auction in Northfield for the Dorothy Divers Estate. Dorothy Divers was a local artist who taught at St Olaf for many years and had assembled a fine collection of art works. These items from her personal collection will be offered for sale at auction at the new ArtOrg space in downtown Northfield at 7:00 PM. There will be a preview on Thursday from 7:00 – 9:00 PM. On October 23 & 24 we conducted the two day “pop culture” auction for the Stephen Fymbo estate from Iowa. We used on-line bidding for the first time at this auction. The on-line bidding added a new dimension to the auction. At times several people on-line continued to bid after bidding was done on the floor. Talk about excitement. When 5 people are trying to bid on-line at one time it is something to see. We had a good auction with good prices on some very unusual one-of-a-kind items. The Beatles Car Mascots in original package sold for $700. |
