This is the second live internet auction that we have had this year (third actually, since the last one was 2 days long) Wow, what an incredible collection of antiques. Don and Bonita Parker have collected some of the finest antiques you will ever see in the Midwest. Don’s personal collections include Norwegian antiques, butter molds, tobacco jars, miniature trivets, flint glass, fine furniture, early ironstone, pewter, primitives, silver, lamps, 18th century brass candlesticks and lots of other items. I am busier now than I have ever been. I know better than to complain, however, because I know it is lots worse to not be busy. I haven’t had time to catch up on blogging for quite a while. Don’t forget about the two auctions this weekend. On Saturday we will have a great antique and real estate auction at 10621 Morgan Ave in Bloomington. Carole and Michael have some great antiques as well as a really unique house for sale at the auction. On Sunday we will be in Northfield at Jorge and Janice Leal’s to auction household, carpenter tools, and real estate. Nice older 3 bedroom home close to St Olaf.

Then a week from Saturday we will be doing an incredible antique auction for Donovan and Bonita Parker. This will be in the Odd Fellows Lodge on Saturday, Nov 20 and will feature on-line bidding at www.proxibid.com. Now that we have your attention, let me tell you about the Northfield Historical Society Auction to be held on Saturday, November 6 at the Grand Event Center in Northfield. This is going to be a fun evening out in downtown Northfield to raise money for the Northfield Historical Society. Silent auction from 5 - 8 PM with live auction following. Lots of great items.
