On May 3 we will be conducting an auction in Owatonna for the Edna Dulitz estate. We will be selling the house owned by Edna’s parents when she was born 90+ years ago. It is hard to believe that a time capsule like this still exists. Edna’s brother came home after World War II and brought along a souvenir Nazi banner in absolutely mint condition. It measures 9′6″ x 16′. There is a curved glass china cabinet, a round oak table, and all the things you might expect to find in a house of this age, vintage clothing, dishes, furniture, primitives. In addition, we will be selling the house and large lot located at 452 Flora Street. Flora St is located two blocks south of Bridge St on State Ave. The auction starts at 5:00 and the real estate sells at 7:00 PM. This will be a fun auction to attend.

On April 9 our auction season starts in earnest. We will be conducting an auction for Brynhild Rowberg and several other parties at the Odd Fellows Lodge at 416 Odd Fellows Lane in Northfield. Brynnie is moving to a smaller home and will be selling a number of nice items. The auction starts at 10:00 AM. You can come as early as 8:00 AM to preview. There will be lots of nice antiques and good household items on this auction. Round oak tables, antique iron crib, 6 tier spool corner shelf, 2 large birdcages, trundle bed, glassware, pictures, frames, trunks, floor lamps and table lamps, twin beds. This should be a nice small auction. Stop in and look. We will be having a number of nice auctions this spring, so be sure to check the web site occasionally
