img_0823.jpgimg_0824.jpgimg_0819.jpgimg_0815.jpgimg_0810.jpgimg_0809.jpgimg_0802.jpgimg_0797.jpgimg_0789.jpgimg_0791.jpgimg_0792.jpgimg_0784.jpgimg_0782.jpgimg_0781.jpg Hello everybody.  This message is to let the world know that I am going to try something new.  Some of you may remember going to an auction in Mantorville on New Year’s Day with lots of clocks and record players.  It was a great auction from a Southern Minnesota estate.  I have a chance to sell more items from the same estate.  There are some really great pieces in the rough.  I considered conducting another auction, but at this time of year, it can be difficult to get the right kind of crowd together for an auction.  We have clocks, radio stuff, antique bicycles, furniture, paper goods, vintage linens, old photo albums, stereopticon parts, etc.  I decided that with Gold Rush Days right around the corner, and with all the buyers that attend Gold Rush Days, we would get a spot to set up and price and sell the items at the flea market.  My spot is in the Pine Trees (G164, G165, G166).  Hope to see you there.  I am putting even more pictures on my photo gallery

Al Berg is a longtime Northfield resident and former business owner of Berg’s Shoes on Bridge Square.  Al has decided to sell his tools and numerous antique and household items at public auction at his home at 15 Bunday Court in Northfield. 

Dresser & mirror, Bookcase, Lamp table, Oval tableFolding table & chairs, Dining room table & 6 chairs, Staffordshire “Liberty Blue” dishes, Collector spoons, Royal Doulton tea pot, Rosepoint cream & sugar and candlesticks, and bowl, Moustache cup, Bavaria china bowl, Etched glass pitcher, Austria plate, Japanese vase, Silverplate, Japanese Geisha dishes, Wedgewood candleholder, Hummel figure, Many hand tools  of all types, Air rifle, Extension cords and garage misc too numerous to list.

Auctioneers Note:  Many of the the antique items came from Al’s grandparents and are quite old and nice.
